Uptown Dermatology: Questions and Answers:
"Can I be seen in the clinic, if I have an issue that is acute, severe, significantly symptomatic, potentially health or life-threatening, or emergent?"
Yes, Uptown Dermatology will remain open to provide essential dermatological services.
"Will Uptown Dermatology offer teledermatology services, after the coronavirus situation has been resolved?"
Unlikely. Uptown Dermatology believes optimal dermatological care depends upon in-person assessment. Teledermatology is a helpful contingency. It is possible that such services could continue to be offered to remote, rural locales, where dermatology services would otherwise be unavailable.
If you have questions, please feel free to call our office at (505) 508-4309.
